    MOSSA’s approach to programming is rooted in its 40 years of serving the market, from fitness club operator to fitness product manufacturer, to fitness pioneer and over the last 25 years, fitness programmer. And while the industry has focused on the active 20 percent, MOSSA takes an inclusive approach, believing philosophically that the majority of the population wants to move to a healthier beat. M4 programming is designed to do just that, with the right mix of movement, music, motivation, and metrics. It’s a formula that’s healthy for clubs to expand their base and consumers, to move younger, longer

    For MOSSA it isn’t just important to get people moving, but it is equally important in how we get people to move. Each of MOSSA’s unique programmes have different exercise objectives, but they all share a common goal, which is to improve one’s Movement Health.

    The Institute of Motion (IoM) has identified six Fundamental Movement Categories that must be fortified and strengthened to improve and maintain Movement Health. By doing so, we ensure that we don’t just enjoy the benefits of a body that is getting fitter and stronger, but we enjoy the benefits of a body that moves well, feels great, and is free of many of the aches and pains that many feel.
